The TransGlobal Oil Co.
("TGO/TransGlobal") provides oil and gas exploration
expertise to our clients. Our clients are companies and
individuals seeking geological and geophysical services
and investment opportunities in the domestic US oil and
gas E&P. We provide these opportunities by generating
geological and geophysical ideas turning them into prospects
starting "from the sub-surface up". By combining
geological and geophysical expertise, TransGlobal has
built a reputation for being able to locate, develop and
execute all aspects to extract this precious resource
from the earth. Focusing in our core area and locating
areas that have not been drilled, making these opportunities
available to investors both corporate and individuals,
is what we do. We have recently opened offices in New
York City to further develop relationships with institutions
and high net worth individuals. TransGlobal applies 3-D
seismic imaging and other advanced technologies to systematically
explore and develop onshore oil and natural gas provinces
in the United States.
To date, TransGlobal has assembled thousands of acres
in the prolific Midland Basin of West Texas and will
be involved in additional projects, which will increase
that total. Our prospects are in various geological
areas of Texas ranging in blocks of 400 to 6,000 acres.
