Mr. Johnson is the Founder, President & CEO of the company a 7th Generation Texan (THE KOTHMANNS OF TEXAS EST. 1845) has over eighteen years of oil & gas experience.The past 10 years he served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Maverick Energy & Development Corp. (Maverick) a Texas corporation and domestic natural gas producer, operator and prospect generating company - developed and generated prospects in the deeper gas trend of the Austin/Chalk Horizontal trend from 1992 - 2000.

Mr. Johnson will direct TransGlobal in its day-to-day operations for the benefit of TransGlobal and its joint venture partners.He will supervise and evaluate prospects, qualify each development and the trade terms.Mr. Johnson a native of Midland, Texas, began his career in the Permian Basin as a roustabout and continued roughnecking during the summer months while attending Angelo State University ASU.

He has a complete understanding of land, legal, drilling, completing and producing oil and natural gas properties.He coordinates with outside legal counsel in handling title examination, pooling, unitization, escrow transactions, and maintaining the responsibility for keeping The Company current and on the cutting edge of producing domestic oil and natural gas reserves.He is responsible for negotiating and administering all joint venture agreements, exploration agreements, operating agreements, acquisition purchase agreements, title documents, and instruments of conveyance and contracts for the exploration and drilling for oil and natural gas properties.

Mr. Johnson has over 24 years of experience in the petroleum industry.He is the Founder and President & CEO of The TransGlobal Oil Co., spent 11 years as President & COO for Maverick Energy & Development Corp., and 7 years with various independents.He has a diversified platform of experience in the energy industry.He began his career in the Permian Basin, and has enhanced that experience in petroleum economics, strategic planning, investor relations, corporate strategy and a complete understanding of land, legal, drilling, completing and producing oil and natural gas properties.He coordinates with outside legal counsel in handling title examination, pooling, unitization, escrow transactions, and maintaining the responsibility for keeping the company current with domestic oil and natural gas opportunities.He is responsible for negotiating and administering all joint venture agreements, exploration agreements, operating agreements, acquisition purchase agreements, title documents, and instruments of conveyance and contracts for the exploration and drilling for oil and natural gas properties.He has participated with a number of the top 100 producers in the United States.He is a member, Independent Petroleum Association of America, (IPAA) American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Texas Independent Petroleum Royalty Owners (TIPRO).
